Why is my dog not eating or drinking for a month, blood tests normal?

Question

My dog is not fine from last one month he is not drinking water nor eating by its own.he was doing circling all day.now after medication he has stop doing circling.but still is not eating or drinking kindly suggest the reason.the blood test reports are all normal. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 4 years and 7 months old | 90 lbs

At this point, if blood testing was normal, he could be dealing with a brain tumor or some other type of cancer. I would recommend diagnostic imaging (x-rays / MRI / ultrasound) and go from there. I hope this helps!
