Can I use Revolution and Seresto collar together for flea control?

I live an apartment complex we fighting fleas my dogs are protected it’s a lot of dogs and the apartment complex has ducks around I want to know combo can I use revolution and a seresto collar. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 10 years and 6 months old | 20 lbs
