My dog is vomiting, has loose stool, and won't eat. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

7 Year old chocolate Labrador mix. Loose stool this morning, vomited approx 4x in approx 6 hr period. Each time it's only about 2-4oz of vomit. Started as yellow slimy liquid, now slightly brownish slimy liquid. Declined food this morning, has been drinking from time to time. Stomach gurgling on and off, gets worse just before and after vomiting. Doesn't appear to be in pain, maybe slightly more lethargic than normal (possibly because I've been laying with her to keep her calm.)

It sounds like Nestle is pretty sick, but unfortunately vomiting can be a sign of a number of different diseases. I’d recommend having Nestle examined by a veterinarian today. This could be a sign of diseases like pancreatitis or kidney disease, or even a partial intestinal obstruction. If she continues to vomit she will probably become dehydrated.
