My cat is itching. Can I give her Cetirizine? Is it a drug reaction?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 21 days old | 4.5 lbs

My cat is suffering from some kind of whitebloos cells and platelates releated dieses and her blood report and her treatment medicines are as shown in picture 1 & 2 but she is itching her self from last few days and it is increasing from last few hours so can we give (Cetzine) cetirizine hydrochloride to my cat and this is a medicine used for human skin infections.is it possible that the itching is side effect of the other medicines?Her treatment for blood releated dieses was started from 10fab

The only medication is the amoxicillin, and itching is not a common side effect. The other are supplements, and I cannot find information on their side effects, you should talk to the vet that prescribed them. My concern with lymphocytosis would be lymphoma, which could possibly cause the itching. Cetirizine is an antihistamine, and it would only help if there was a mild allergic reaction. https://www.petcoach.co/cat/condition/lymphoma-1/
