Pet's info: Dog | Lakeland Terrier | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 13 days old | 15 lbs
My 11 month old Terrier has started holding up her right hind leg since this morning. She is not showing any other signs of pain and is happy to run, walk, jump and play fully bearing weight the whole time. I can see no issues with paw or claws and she is happy to let me manipulate all the joints including the knee and hip. Is this something I should be concerned about or should I just keep an eye on it?

If Rosie will not bear weight on the leg at all, I recommend to have her examined today. Even though she is not showing obvious signs of pain, the only reasons a dog will not bear weight is A) pain or B) mechanically they cannot. Make sure to check her paw for any bee stingers, wounds, broken nails...etc. I hope this helps.
