My dog has strange things in her poop and keeps licking her tail. Why?

Hello, my dog has been experiencing some discomfort over the past couple of weeks, by licking the tail and area around it. Took her to the vet who found nothing wrong. Yesterday she pooped and her poop was dry. I fed her vet prescribed kibble soaked in water and today she her poop looks like in the photo. Definitely softer then yesterday but it also has this things in it, which I never saw before. She also licks her lips more than usual. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Female | spayed | 2 years and 10 months old | 12.5 lbs

That does not look like worms or any type of parasite. It looks like plant material that she ingested. She may be licking her lips because she is nauseated. Is there anything outside that she could have eaten that resembles these foreign things in her stool? Looks like some type of fruit??
