I had a grid keratotomy done on my Chi, and the specialist said it is healed. Before this procedure it would get better and than would happen again, according to specialist its because the membrane was in the way of it healing for real. How likely is it that it will get hurt that easily now that its healed after this procedure? Since it us actually attached without the membrane layer in the way. Im nervous and dont know when it will be just as good as the other eye.

The cornea should heal back to it's normal state after a grid keratotomy. There may always be a scar on the cornea but that does not mean the eye will get injured more easily. It will never be as good as the other eye; if there is a corneal scar he will have some visual impairment but it should not be significant. I don't think you really need to worry if the specialist said it has healed.
