My puppy is peeing blood. Should I be worried and what to do?

Hi, My dog is a 5 months old jack Russel and I noticed today twice when she peed a tiny bit of blood was in her urine. any reasons as to why? because I'm starting to get a little worried and only next month we will be getting her spayed.

Stress related (idiopathic type of inflammation) infections and presence of crystals are the most common causes of it.
