Why is my 12-year-old Golden Retriever not eating and losing weight?

Hello My dog is 12 a golden retriever She is making halow noises when she eats like she has no food in her mouth. Also she does not want dry food and she does not eat all her food she has lost about 10 lbs in the past month. When she eats her abdomen goes up and down like she is forcing her food to go in. ? I’m worried. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 12 years old | 79 lbs
