My dog has visible veins, walks strangely. Is her heart okay?

She had these veins since we got her, but it's gotten worse. They're not painful. She also seems to walk a little weird, but it's not sth noticable or problematic. She eats, drinks & plays well, althgh she's a little on edge bc of so much itching on her belly & thigh. The vets didn't know what it is & guessed that it might be allergy. She also had asthma-like issues when we got her, but took meds & now is fine, but now I'm worried if there's a relation. We're worried if sth is wrong w her heart! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 13 lbs

The photos are very grainy when I try to enlarge them but from what I can ascertain, I suspect she has a lymph blockage in that area. If it is not really bothering her I would not be overly worried. Some extensive testing would be needed to figure out what is going on there. I would suggest a cardiac and abdominal ultrasound if that is available at your vet's office. The itching/allergy symptoms are not likely related to this other issue.
