Why does my young puppy keep getting lumps on her belly?

My young puppy has developed a lump on her belly(top). What is it? She had one on the other side(bottom) and it disappeared few days ago leaving behind stretched skin and very slightly darker skin. Is this going to be a repeated thing ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 10 days old | 15 lbs

Hello. Kita has a bit of a staph infection in her skin, very common in young puppies. She should outgrow this as her immune system matures. You can bathe her twice a week in a shampoo containing benzoyl peroxide or chlorhexidine, either will work & should be available at your local pet retailer.
