castrate male kitten (normal catrstae from both testicals) performs sexual behaviour and sprays and marks, he is 11 months old castrate when he was 8months , no other pets in house. Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Male | neutered | 11 months and 9 days old | 11 lbs

This is probably behavioral spraying. I suggest you refer to this link for more information. Basically doing some environmental enrichment and adding more litter boxes with different types of litter in them would be helpful. If you could obtain some Feliway diffusers I would also use them.
