My dog's butt itches, has yellow pee, and struggles to poop. Help!

Question

Oggys anus itches, since a 1-2 weeks. Her urine is string yellow colored. Having difficulty in pooping (pooping very less) . We feed her eggs, royal cannin, chapatis, milk. We have started liver tonic since 3 days (5 ml BD). but she's still struggling with itching and pooping. Please help..!! Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed

I'm not sure all of these conditions are related. The urine could be related to an infection. I recommend to have her urine checked for issues. Trouble pooping could be due to many conditions including worms and something in the diet. It could also be related to sore or infected anal glands. The itching rectum could also be due to anal gland problems or allergies. I recommend to start with a visit to the veterinarian to have the urine and anal glands checked/expressed. If the itching continues and there is not infection, I recommend a diet trial with a hydrolyzed protein diet. I hope this helps.
