Why is my French bulldog puppy vomiting, diarrhea, and eating poop?

Good morning I just recently purchased a French bulldog from Petland in Orlando, it was doing great until now it started to poop really watery, he started eating and trying to eat his poop, he threw up once last night and I’m just worried about him. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | 3 months and 5 days old | 10 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I’m sorry to hear Lieo isn’t feeling well. I would recommend taking him to a vet right away to determine why he is sick. I would bring a fresh stool sample with you so the vet can check for microscopic parasites. There are many different types of parasites that can cause diarrhea and there is no one medication to treat them all. They may also want to test Lieo for parvovirus as this is common in young puppies and causes vomiting and diarrhea. Either way, Lieo needs medical treatment to prevent further fluid loss which will lead to dehydration. Once they have a cause they can get him medications to help him recover.
