My dog just had puppies and is panting, not eating. Is this normal?

My female dog did breed she gave 6 pups quite healthy....but she is continuously panting and not eating....after 12 hours after last breed she gave a dead baby...but,still her condition is not better...what to do? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed

Please have mano checked by a vet to determine if all pups have now been born and to rule out fever, infection or weakness from lowered calcium levels. This can be life threatening for both mother and pups if not treated early
