My senior dog is vomiting whole food. Is it serious if she's normal?

My dog is been vomiting his food whole, otherwise she is her happy normal self, pooping is normal and drinking water, she is around 12 years old German shepherd mix. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed
