Why is my Staffy still scratching and scooting after home remedies?

I’m becoming concerned about my 3 year old staff , she just keeps scratching all over and dragging her bottom along the floor. I’ve flea her , I’ve wormed her, change her food that has the omega 3 oils etc , I’ve tried yogurt, coconut oil and soaked her in camomile tea and nothing seems to be working. She probably needs allergy testing to find out what she is reacting too. Unfortunately pitbulls are prone to allergies. Ask your vet about allergy testing and immunotherapy.
