Should I be concerned about my 4-mo old puppy’s red eyes? He recently finished all his puppy shots and was given approval to go outside for walks. I’m concerned he has allergies to grass or pollen? He also always has gooey gunk at the corners of his eyes. No behavioral changes or red itchy spots noted.

I would not be necessarily concerned at this time. I do see what you are referring to. It sure could be allergy related. I suggest you use this eye wash 2-3 times per day for a week or so to see if it helps. If it is allergens, rinsing them out of the eyes frequently should really help. If it doesn't help I would have your vet take a look at the eyes. ( https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/vetericyn-plus-eye-wash-for-dogs )
