Restless, biting paw, barking, tufted fur: Is my dog sick or bored?

My dog, male, 35 Ibs, 1 year old, has been very figety. He will lay down, get up and move, lay down again, jump up and down off the bed, move around, bite his back left paw, hes been barking a lot at night, seems restless but still otherwise eating, drinking and playing. His fur is also becoming tufted but no hair loss. I dont know if anything is really wrong with him or hes bored. Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Male | neutered | 1 month and 27 days old | 35 lbs

The tuffed hair is interesting and the fact that he is restless. I would be suspicious of fleas, skin mites or perhaps allergies causing him to be itchy and that's why he won;t settle down. I recommend to have him examined by the veterinarian to get the most accurate and fastest diagnosis. They can also provide medication like Apoquel or Cytopoint to help with itching quickly.
