My dog has a spot on his side that almost look like a wort he had one a month before that in a different place And it went away this one seems like it might be growing could you tell me what you think it is and what are hot spots? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | neutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 11 lbs
