Why is my pug losing hair on her belly and armpits, and getting worse?

Hi my pug 1 and half year old has had balding on her armpits and belly for as long she’s been grown up a little bit it’s started to get worse she’s lost a lot of hair under her arms and more on her belly she is currently in season should we be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed

Lesions that are getting worse could indicate skin mites which could get worse with her hormone changes. Sometimes changes in the hair coat can be due to her hormones. I recommend to have Rosie examined by the veterinarian who can test for mites easily. I hope this helps.
