Why is my dog chewing her mouth, foaming, and acting weird suddenly?

My dog (3 years, small/medium size, has started chewing/chomping her mouth while foam comes out. It has happened 3 times already. I fed her fried chicken without the skin 2-3 days ago. Before this one of her eyes looked weird, like it was unfocused or something, it went away then this happened. I’m not sure what to do. Please help me.

I recommend to have your pup examined by the veterinarian. If you can catch one of these episodes on video, please do so to show the veterinarian. It's possible your pet is having a focal seizure though a cardiovascular problem could cause an altered mentation as well. Try to have her examined today if possible. I hope this helps.
