My pug on steroids for ear infection: eating grass, not pooping. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 10.6 lbs

My dog has been put on perisdone steriods for ear infection and my pug is not going tge toilet regularly and is eating grass. Can u offer any advice?

He could have a bad reaction to the steroids, one of the common side effects is stomach upset and stomach ulcer, please contact your vet as i'm not sure the steroids are needed for the ear infection (i never prescribe systemic steroids for an ear infection).
