Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 9 months old | 6 lbs
My cat is showing symptoms of urinary issues. She has been frequently trying to urinate but sometimes nothing comes out or it is very little and had a couple accidents outside of the litter box. I am unable to get an appointment at the vet for about a week. I want to know if there is anything i can do to offer her some relief or potentially fix the issue before our vet appointment.

While there is nothing I'd recommend doing at home I do think it might be best to see your vet sooner - I'm wondering if a drop off appointment might be an option. If not you may even want to consider seeing an emergency veterinarian. While it is unlikely that a female cat will develop a urethral obstruction a week is a long time for her to be uncomfortable from a urinary tract infection or inflammation.
