My dog has a bleeding, infected lump on its back. What to do?

Hi, tonight we noticed a lump on my dogs back. It is quite big, and it is bleeding and smells bad as if infected. Can you offer any advice on what it may be? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | spayed | 3 years and 3 months old | 66 lbs
