Is ammonium lactate cream safe for my 11-month-old puppy's dry skin?

is it safe to use ammonium lactate cream 12% on my 11 month old pup as amoisturizer

I don't recommend to use this. Human products are not meant to be ingested and that is always a big cause for concern with a pet. Additionally, topical moisturizers and creams don't tend to work well because they get licked off. If Brownie has a dry coat and skin, try changing her diet to Royal Canin and most pets on this diet have nice skin. You can also give an additional omega 3 fatty acid supplement for pets. You can also wash her in a pet oatmeal shampoo and conditioner. I hope this helps.
