If she seems to be fine then just be sure to keep a careful eye on her to ensure she hasn't injured yourself. While petting her, take care to run your hands over her gently to see if she has any swelling or seems painful anywhere, if so, I recommend getting her seen by your vet as soon as possible. As long as she seems normal, eating, drinking, doing her daily cat routine, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Poor girl. As long as she is walking fine now, she likely just had a clumsy moment. I would only be concerned if her gait is still a bit off, or if she continues to randomly fall to the side and seem disoriented. These types of symptoms can indicate an underlying neurological problem, that should then be addressed by your vet. However, if this event remains isolated, its fine to monitor her and see how things progress over the next couple of days. I hope that things continue to remain stable for your furry friend. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach and take care!
