Why is my 8-week puppy vomiting, peeing blood, and has a rash?

My 8 week old puppy has been urinating blood, has a rash around his penis, and he recently started vomiting his food and water. What could the issue be?

It sounds like the puppy may have an infection of the urinary tract. He could have a fever which is making him sick or concurrent gastroenteritis. Either way he needs to see a vet if he is vomiting and urinating blood.
