My puppy won't eat after a big routine change. Could it be the food?

My puppy is giving me an issue to eat. He was with a friend of mine for 2 months and I recently just got him back.The first 2 days no problem he ate and drank the water with no issue now the past 2 days he doesn’t want to eat unless I hand feed him I’ve tried mixing the kibble with water to make soft and still nothing he only wants to drink water. Could it be the change of routine if not walking outside and using the bathroom in balcony or the food ? He’s currently eating Orijen (Fish Version). Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 30 lbs

It can be difficult going from one place to another since Kane most likely doesn't understand. If he isn't eating I would recommend a physical to make sure there is nothing going on medically with him. If he is fine then I would talk to your veterinarian about how he is behaving.
