Why does my 8-week Rottweiler puppy have eyelid bumps and thin hair?

My 8 week old rottie has a 2 things that are worrying my number 1. He has small little pimple like bumps on he eyelids looks like 1 on each he doesnt seem bothered by it but it did pop up out of no where have you heard of this before , he is also a little then in hair near his lower back , left ear , back of his neck not sure if its normal or something i should be concerned about. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | 2 months and 27 days old | 10 lbs

It is difficult to know the cause without seeing the bumps but he could just have a minor dermatitis/skin infection. The best thing would be to have a vet take a look at him to determine if he needs treatment. He might need an antibiotic to treat if he has an infection.
