My dog has ear wounds, fur loss, and is losing weight. What's wrong?

my dog had a wound on her two ears for almost 2 months now. we dont know where she got it. she's been very thin too. even if she eats a lot, she doesn't gain weight. her left ear is slowly turning to gray and losing its fur due to the wound. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 30 lbs

I am concerned that these spots on Demi aren’t wounds. Bacterial infection, fungal or yeast infection, mites, poor nutrition, among a few other things may be the culprit. I would recommend having Demi examined by a vet to determine what is going on and get her started on an appropriate treatment.
