My dog won’t listen when I train him or when I go for a walk with him. I already tried the name-clicker method but he still won’t listen what should I do?

It really depends. If you haven't had any success on your own, a basic obedience class with you and Chestnut is a good idea. There, you can both work on the basics together under the supervision of a professional who can help guide you on techniques and get the two of you speaking the same language. Working with treat motivation, and working on the basics such as "look as me", "sit", "down", etc can help you get started with better listening as well.
