My dog's nail has white spots and is breaking. Fungus? Treatment?

My dog's nail started with white spots and know is breaking. Is it some kind of fungus? What's the treatment?

Those lesions could indicate a fungus but it could also indicate a previous split nail that is not healing properly. I recommend to have Fiona examined by the veterinarian to have this addressed. Split nails generally need to be clipped behind the break so they grow out properly. I hope this helps.
