My cat's paw is still limping and stuck after a fight. Why isn't it healing?

Pet's info: Cat | American Bobtail Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 14 lbs

My 2 yr old, indoor/outdoor tabby was in a cat fight 10 days ago. He has 2-3 bad scratches/cuts between 2 of the pas of his back rt paw.He is on day 7 of antibiotic.His limp is slight but still there.Even w him licking it, The 2 pads are stuck together from dried drainage

The toes looks very swollen. He most likely needs surgery to open the abscess (if that is what it is). It could also be a tumor which is why he is not responding to therapy. Please take him back to your vet for a follow-up. After 10 days he should be better by now.
