My cat's paw is still limping and stuck after a fight. Why isn't it healing?

My 2 yr old, indoor/outdoor tabby was in a cat fight 10 days ago. He has 2-3 bad scratches/cuts between 2 of the pas of his back rt paw.He is on day 7 of antibiotic.His limp is slight but still there.Even w him licking it, The 2 pads are stuck together from dried drainage. Pet's info: Cat | American Bobtail Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 14 lbs

The toes looks very swollen. He most likely needs surgery to open the abscess (if that is what it is). It could also be a tumor which is why he is not responding to therapy. Please take him back to your vet for a follow-up. After 10 days he should be better by now.
