My cat has a long black bug; what is it, and am I itchy too?

I'm raising a stray cat since her birth, she was gone for about 2 weeks and came back today, while she slept i noticed a black small insect but it's body was long and it's head was stuffed in my cat so i pulled it out and my cat scratched it with her paw and it landed on my hair, my hair is itchy and maybe it's my imagination idk but i need help. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 6 months and 22 days old

Without seeing the bug it is very hard to say what it might be. It could have been a tick, a flea, lice, or something else. I suggest you take her to a vet for an exam. They can give you an anti-parasite medication to put on her.
