My dog has a pus-filled bump. What is it and can it be treated without surgery?

I recently discovered a bump filled with pus on my dog. I am worried about what this could be and is this something that could be taken care of without surgery.

I'm not sure what it is exactly as i can't see where on your dog's body it is, it looks like an ulcerated infected wound, it will definitely require antibiotic treatment, you will need to take Artemis to the vet for that.
