My 9 week old shih tzu plays very roughly and aggressively with my adult dog. Sometimes when I hold him and he doesnt want be held he starts to growls and try to snap at me For playing with my adult shih tzu he pulls my shihtzu long hair roughly and face bitting and growls and barks on him outloud. Can he be aggressive when he grows up or that is normal for puppy 9 weeks old. How can I stop him from playing roughly with my adult dog.
