My dog's eyes are better, but is it conjunctivitis? What should I do?

Brandi’s eyes look better. Is this conjunctivitis? What can I do for her. Her appointment is Thursday.

It is very difficult to tell much from the photos because they are so dark. I don't think you need to do anything before the appointment. It doesn't look like she is squinting or having excessive discharge so it is bet to leave the eyes alone until the appointment.
