My rabbit doe won't mate or get pregnant. What are her belly lumps?

My rabbits doe is not mating,and whenver my rabbit bucks try to do she runs away and she haven't give birth before.and i don't know the age of them but i asked the shopkeeper from.where i buy her he told me that she's ready for breeding once she had matted with my buck 4 months a go but she didn't get pregnant but today i feel something in her belly like something dot dot in her belly i don't know what is this

Thanks for reaching out about Donya. Some does might not reach sexual maturity until 6 months of age. But there could also be something wrong with either the male or the female resulting in infertility of either. Just because the male breeds, does not mean he is fertile. Determination at this point would require a veterinary visit and likely diagnostic testing. The palpable masses in the abdomen could be babies but also fecal material. Good luck.
