Is 1ml dewormer safe for my 4-week-old, 5lb puppies?

My puppies are 4 weeks and the weight is 5 lbs . All three are of same weight. I gave pyrantel 50mg/ml 0.2 ml when they were 2 weeks old . My vet said to give 1 ml now . Now they are 4 weeks and weight is 5 Lbs . Is this dose is correct? Please advice. Is this too highly. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 30 lbs

This is correct. That medication has a very wide dosing range and it is very safe. Resistance to this medications is starting to becoming a problem so we have started to use the higher end of the dose range.
