Pet's info: Dog | Schipperke | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 23 days old | 7 lbs
When my 3 month old Schipperke puppy gets super excited, like when I come home from work, he poops and its really soft with no form almost like diarrhea. But any other time it is normal. Is there something I can do to control this or stop this or is there nothing that can be done?

That is odd. I recommend to have him examined by the veterinarian to look at his nerves in his hind legs, lower back and rectal tone. The vet may recommend an x-ray as well to look at the spine (sometimes tail-less breeds can have deformed vertebra and that could be pinching a nerve). A problem with the innervation of the anus could allow this to happen. You should also have the stool checked for parasites just to be safe. Make sure Jasper is being taken out for bathroom breaks every 2-3 hours. Feeding him a low residue diet like Royal Canin may also help to decrease the amount of stool he produces. These measures would help if this is a sudden urge to defecate and he can't hold it. This could also be behavioral and related to excitement/submission though this would be highly unusual. Most commonly, puppies will urinate and they typically outgrow it. This link is about excited urination but you could use the same techniques if the bowel movement is related to the same type of behavior: https://www.petcoach.co/article/submissive-excitement-urination-how-to-control-it/ I hope this helps.
