My puppy is vomiting, has hot ears/paws, and scratches. Is he sick?

My 5 month puppy has been vomiting 2-3 days a week, his paws are hot and his ears are hot. He scratches at his left ear some, but not all the time. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 13 days old | 54 lbs

Regarding the ear he is probably suffering from an ear infection, your vet can prescribe an antibiotic ear drops for him. the vomiting is likely unrelated, It sounds as Mojo is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
