My French bulldog puppy has a hard lump on her head. What could it be?

It's about my French bulldog she is about 9 months old now and as a puppy she had a little lump on her head over the past two weeks it's grown to a lump that u can see it's hard and similar to when we get a lump on our head the shape and feel of it. Lumps are usually one of the following: * cyst * abscess * tumor * wart Your vet will be able to give you a better idea after they examine her and feel the lump. It is not an emergency. Just get her to your vet for an exam when you can schedule the appointment. My best guess is that it is either an abscess or a cyst.
