Is my dog's cough and hoarse bark a sign of recurring bronchitis?

Boston coughs fairly often and his bark is high pitch sounding almost like hoarseness would sound like. About 2 months ago Boston was treated for bronchitis with medical the vet put in his nostrils. Should I be concerned. Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Male | neutered | 12 years old | 30 lbs
