My guinea pig has black specks & yellow crust after lice. What is it?

My guinea pig had lice, treated her twice and now she has little black specks near her rear end that won’t come off even in the bath. Also when combing her today there seemed to be yellow crust on her near bum, should I be concerned? Pet's info: Small Animal | Guinea Pig | Female | spayed | 20 lbs
