Why is my new puppy peeing little drops frequently? Is it a UTI?

My new puppy is having trouble urinating. She’s going in little drops frequently. But in the car ride home she did fine with no accidents for four hours. After we got home she’s urinating everywhere but online in little drops. I’m scared she has a UTI. What could it be? Pet's info: Dog | German Shorthaired Pointer | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 3 days old | 15 lbs
