My hen won't eat, can't stand, and keeps her eyes closed. What's wrong?

My hen’s name is Petunia, and we found her in the streets by a poultry. We took her in and she was doing alright at first. We fed her a flour mixed with water for about a month. A few weeks ago, she ate less and less until she didn’t want it anymore. We fed her yogurt and apples and her her more water. She ate, and she was eating that for about a week. Now, she doesn’t wanna eat and can’t stand up. She makes a growling noise whenever she consumes anything, and keeps her eyes closed. HELP PLEASE. Pet's info: Bird | Chicken | Female | 7 lbs
