My dog was bitten by another dog. Why is she shaking and crying now?

My dog was bit by my neighbors dog around 5 pm and she was in pain at first but she wasn’t bleeding she was crying for like 5 minutes but after that she acted normal it’s now 2:20 am and she’s shaking while she sleeps and sometimes wakes up crying what going on. A dog bite will always lead to an infection, even if the wound is not visible to you, she is likely in pain and the infection will lead to fever, you need to take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it treated, she will need antibiotics and pain killers.
