Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 10 years old | 80 lbs
My dog Got a prescription for the antibiotic cephlaxin. She isn’t responding well to the medication and won’t eat, has been vomiting, shaking/whining, and won’t let anyone touch her. The vet said to stop the medication and see how she does. She isn’t doing better over the last 24 hours

I would strongly recommend taking her right away back to your vet, antibiotics alone are definitely not enough when a dog is vomiting, she needs an injection to stop the vomiting to start with, otherwise no oral medications can be given. cephlaxin is also known for increasing vomiting, she needs a different antibiotic such as Metrogyl or Amoxicillin. i would also recommend a blood test at the very least.
