Why is my guinea pig skinny, feeling bones, and losing hair?

Hi, my guineapig has alwasy been a little bit fatter than a normal piggie but i have noticed lately that i can feel his bones with just a tiny squish on his stomach and he has two little patches on the side of his stomach that are bold. He is still acting completely normal and is eating a lot like normal but he just seems more skinny and its worrying me. He is turning four this march and i dont know if its just him ageing or if something is wrong. Please help. Pet's info: Small Animal | Guinea Pig | Male | 3 years and 10 months old
